The friends and relatives of 9-year-old Divine Andre Mbu, who has been reported missing in Frederick, are becoming increasingly concerned.
On Monday, January 29, the Frederick Police Department sent out a notice regarding Mbu. Mbu is between 65 and 70 pounds and is about 3-foot-11, according to the notice. His eyes are black and he has brown hair.
The place and time of Mbu’s disappearance were withheld by the agency.
