Hibbing High School gets a surprise celebrity visitor

HIBBING, Minn. — Timothée Chalamet has been spotted in Hibbing, Minnesota, when he’s not busy filming Wonka or Dune: Part Two.

A renowned actor made a surprise visit to the Hibbing High School Drama Department on Thursday, where he observed and offered guidance to the aspiring young performers.

Timothée Chalamet has been cast to portray the iconic Bob Dylan in an upcoming biopic called “A Complete Unknown,” as reported by Esquire. Dylan’s hometown is Hibbing, where he completed his high school education. He then pursued further studies at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.

Hibbing High School Drama Department has announced that they will be presenting “The Girl in the White Pinafore” on Friday, Jan. 26. According to a post on Facebook, the one-act play recounts the real-life account of a devastating school explosion that occurred in East Texas in 1937.
