But once attention shifts away from the two people and toward the background, one small detail changes the entire feeling of the picture.

Behind the couple, partially obscured by the car and surrounding scenery, appears what looks like the faint outline of another person. The strange figure is easy to overlook because its shape blends into the darker background, but once spotted, it becomes surprisingly difficult to ignore.
